Please purchase a $15 ticket to pay for your student's EKG. Shreve will cover the additional $5 it costs for the EKG. Bring your receipt with you or a screenshot. EKG's will be performed on Wednesday October, 7th and Thursday, October 8th, 2020 at Shreve in Annex 2. We will not accept cash, checks, or money orders.
