Congratulations! You are now officially part of the 2017-2018 Avon Middle School Winter Sports Club!! You have registered on the Boston Mills website, turned in your EMF, Hold Harmless, Insurance Waiver, and the Drug/Alcohol Code of Conduct to your specific advisor. Your paperwork has been finalized, and you are officially on the roster! However, you still have one more thing to complete…..the transportation fee!

Adviser fees
All money must be submitted through Local Level by Friday, December 15th. Please DO NOT wait until the last minute!
These fees are nonrefundable. NO EXCEPTIONS.
