We need your help Post Prom Donation- Attention Junior Class Parents. Request for donation

Dear Parents of the Class of 2019:

We are the planning committee for Post Prom 2018 and we need your help to ensure a safe and successful celebration for our sons and daughters of Cloverleaf’s Junior and Senior class. This is a second request for your assistance in fundraising and will be our only request of the parents of the Junior Class at Cloverleaf High School.

Post Prom has been a tradition of Cloverleaf High School for many years and has been successful in providing a safe, adult-supervised, fantastic and fun event for all Junior and Seniors on the night of Prom. There is strong evidence that “prom night” safety issues are dramatically reduced in communities that sponsor Post Prom programs. To that end- we want to provide a SAFE and MEMORABLE event for all to attend.

Last year, approximately 150 students attended Post Prom at the Medina Recreation Center. All Junior and Senior students and their dates are welcome to attend – whether or not they choose to attend Prom. This year’s Post Prom will be held at the Medina Rec Center on Friday, May 4th from 11:30 – 1:30. Post Prom Activities included at the Medina Rec Center:

 -Access to Swimming pool and hot tub, field house with basketball, volleyball games, Inflatable Course/Games

 -Food and snacks, drinks

-Raffle Prizes

The mission has always been that the Junior Class parents along with community businesses completely fund the entire event. Ticket sales for Prom do not fund this event. In order for this to be a success, we NEED YOUR HELP! Please consider a donation below. Thank you in advance for your consideration and support to ensure a safe and memorable celebration!
