Thank you for supporting Alton Darby Elementary's Walk-a-thon!!! This is a wonderful day the students really enjoy! The money raised from this event allows us the opportunity to take field trips every year, purchase new equipment for the playground, have author visits, purchase educational items for classrooms, and STEM initiatives for our Makerspace!!  The students have a great day outside in the fresh air while participating in exercise for the walk-a-thon! 

Our theme this year is "Walk around the World" and our goal is to raise $10,000 as a school!! This is $1 for every mile from ADE to the middle of Australia! Geography, fitness and FUNdraising! We also want to accomplish:

• $35 per student AND 
• 100% participation (each student raising/donating $1 or more)

• Encourage your student to get excited & fundraise for their school!!
• Help them share this online information with family and friends via email and remind them to donate.
• This is a great opportunity for family who is out of town to help ADE!
• Start walking as a family at home. 
• VOLUNTEER for the Walk-A-Thon
• We will be setting up tables, handing out water, cheering on walkers, helping at stations, then cleaning up. 
• Work the AM, the PM or the all day shift (Lunch provided with all day help)! 
• We need at least 30 volunteers to make this day a success! 
• All volunteers must have a Hilliard CSD volunteer badge.

• If you would like to donate to more than 1 student you can select 2+ donations and it will allow you to put in more than 1 student's information in one transaction!
• Have your students dress appropriately for the walk-a-thon with tennis shoes and comfortable clothing.
