We begin each class with walking/running intervals and then go to the weight room for some serious weightlifting. Each class builds on the one before. Watch your body respond as the class progresses. This class is one hour in length.
WHEN: Mondays & Thursday
START DATE: June 11th - July 26th (No Classes on July 2nd & 5th)
Be on the lookout for REGISTRATION DEADLINE dates on some of the programs. Some programs will require extra time to order supplies, t-shirts and get prepared for the number of community members we will be servicing. This will help us to provide the services and programs deserved in our community.
