Clinic Program

Each week we will focus on repetition of proper skills, including grips, forehand

and backhand groundstroke techniques, volleys, serves, footwork and proper

movement. Players will learn the scoring system used in tennis and the proper

names for all parts of the court. Players will form several teams

and play matches and do other competitive games on the Friday sessions. For

K-6th grade, if necessary we will be implementing the QuickStart Tennis

program that utilizes modified court dimensions, smaller nets, and modified

balls that allow for young, inexperienced players to quickly establish control

and achieve early success.
