Let's roll out those balls and put them to good use. This class is fun and challenging as we concentrate on working the core and improve our balance. Bring your own exercise ball or call Lu Cinda if you do not own one.

Be on the lookout for REGISTRATION DEADLINE dates on some of the programs. Some programs will require extra time to order supplies, t-shirts and get prepared for the number of community members we will be servicing. This will help us to provide the services and programs deserved in our community.
