IEP Transition Plan (8:15-11:15 or 12:00-3:00)

Transition planning is part of the IEP process for students age 14 or older. The goal of transition planning is to prepare a student for life after high school, including independent living, post-secondary education and/or a career. We will discuss necessary components of a compliant transition plan including the transition progress report and age appropriate transition assessments.

Two sessions are available on both dates. Teachers should attend only one session.

Intervention Specialists who teach in public schools in  Fulton, Henry, Williams and Defiance counties will benefit from this session.

For conflicts regarding attendance, please contact Jill Gilliland via email.
