Dear Winter Sports Club Members,

Please fill out the appropriate information within this registration and pay your transportation fee to participate in the 2018-2019 AHS Winter Sports Club season.

What does the fee cover?

• Busing to and from Boston Mills

• Turnpike fees

• Access to Equipment Truck

All money must be submitted through Local Level by Friday, December 14, 2018.  Please DO NOT wait until the last minute!  

These fees are nonrefundable. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Transportation Fee Amount: $50.00
