This class still has the feel of a typical Vinyasa class while slowing down the
pace of class. You will move mindfully while building both strength and balance
on the yoga mat. Enjoy slowing down, moving
mindfully, and breathing deeply.
Suz Peterson - Suz took a RYT 200 training course over the 2017 summer at
Heartwork Yoga Studio in Northfield, MN, and became certified through Yoga
Alliance. Suz has been practicing yoga for about 8 years. Yoga has impacted her
life, both physically and mentally, and since practicing consistently for the
last year and a half, she has noticed an increase in mindfulness and body
awareness. She is looking forward to expand her teaching from the math
classroom to the yoga mat.
