MI – ASEP Session 5
Grades 5 and 6
Registrations will be accepted until two days before a class
begins, classes are full or cancelled; whichever comes first. Please be prompt in returning
registrations since class sizes are limited and classes have filled very
quickly in the past.
Please be aware, as programs fill, the class title will be removed
from the registration section and you will not be able to select that
particular class. There is nothing wrong with the site, this is an automatic
process. Also it is advised that you use
a home computer, not your phone to register.
The majority of phones/phone services will not work with this link.
ASEP confirmation letters are sent through children’s backpacks as
classes are confirmed. If you register
for multiple classes, it’s possible that all classes will not be confirmed at
the same time. This simply means that
you will receive multiple confirmation letters.
If a class is cancelled you will be notified to choose another or you
will be given the option to save the funds for a future session or a complete
refund. Confirmation letters will
contain all important information about pick-up of students, snacks, etc.
All classes are held at your child’s school (MI) and end 4:30
unless otherwise noted in the class description. No transportation is provided, it is the
responsibility of the guardian to pick their students up promptly at the end of
the program.
No classes will be held when school is not in session (holidays,
in-service days, etc.). If we have a
snow day, the classes will be made up at the end of the session.
