Conditioning's proven athlete training systems. The training system has evolved
through years of experience and research.
When: June
17, 19, 20, 24, 26, 27 – July 8, 10,
11, 15, 17, 18, 22, 24, 25, 29, 31 – Aug 1
Time: 9:00 am – Noon (Monday – Wednesday – Thursday)
Ages: 6-12
graders males & females (Drills will be done by gender & age groups)
Fee: $120.00 ($100.00 for each additional
sibling)
Dress: Shorts, Running Shoes, T-Shirts (We
include a T-shirt in the price of camp)

Coach Mike Powell, his staff, ABHS coaches and College Athletes
Location:
Anchor Bay High School weight room, football field, gymnasium, practice fields
and track. The first day PLEASE meet on the track.
Description: The basis
of this camp will be to improve the overall athlete, both males and females. As
a part of the seven-week camp, athletes will perform strength, power, speed,
and agility exercises on a daily basis to improve performance, prevent injury,
and build sportsmanship. The instructors will reinforce proper technique in a
motivational environment to enhance the experience of each athlete. We will
emphasize various aspects regarding strength training, power development,
linear and lateral quickness/agility, conditioning, core/torso training,
flexibility, and nutrition.
The camp is not established
to be sport specific. Instead, progressive strength, speed, and agility will be
stressed to help prepare athletes for all sports.
