K-12 Teacher Talk: Developing Transition Plans & Transition Progress Reports (8:30 - 11 a.m.)

Participants will learn best practices in developing and writing IEP transition sections and IEP transition progress reports as well as have the opportunity to collaborate with other educators on this topic.

Free to employees of public school districts within the NwOESC service area of Defiance, Fulton, Henry and Williams counties. This session will be of particular interest to Special Education Teachers of students ages 14 and over.

Facilitated by Michelle Kruse and Jessica Soltis, NwOESC Special Education Supervisors
