CSHS Homecoming Dance

Cost: $20 per ticket

8:00-11:00 PM

ONLINE TICKET SALES ENDS 10/5 AT 6 PM. If you did not receive your ticket before 6 pm, you may show up at the door and speak with Mrs. Gustavson to gain approval to pay $20 at the door. ALL SCHOOL DEBT must be cleared by any student wanting to attend the dance.

Here's what you need to do to gain access to purchase a ticket:

• Students will get a Homecoming Permission Slip, then fill it out with their parent(s) and return it to the bookkeeper.  Each CSHS Student who wants to attend the dance will fill out a permission slip.
• Then, the bookkeeper will either write down all of the student's owed fees, or write that the student has zero debt.
• Students will need a code from the bookkeeper in order to gain access to purchase one Homecoming ticket. The bookkeeper will only give this code to students who have paid all current and previous year debts that are owed by the student.
• If you would like to pay for your date's Homecoming ticket, you must submit both students' permission slips at the same time, clear all debt for both students, and request a second code to purchase their ticket online.
• Students will need prior approval from Mr. Silvie to bring a date from another school.

The access code is the student's school ID without the leading zero. This code was made active by the bookkeeper when they turned in their permission slip.

If you need help purchasing your ticket after 4 pm on Friday or on Saturday, please email the bookkeeper Emily Dabbs at esdabbs@caddoschools.org. She will do her best to assist you from home.

After your purchase: Show your QR square code on the online ticket on your phone or a printed ticket at the door to get in!
