Dating can be hard. Especially when your date happens to be a raging kleptomaniac, or your grandmother's bridge partner, or a mime. Check Please follows a series of blind dinner dates that couldn't get any worse -- until they do. Could there possibly be a light at the end of the tunnel?

Eastland-Fairfield Career and Technical School's Culinary and Performing Arts have teamed up to present a One Night Only evening of delicious food and big laughs.

Act 1 : Amuse Bouche

Lobster Cheesecake

Savory New England cream cheese timbale with red pepper coulis, cream fraiche, fresh dill and caviar 

Act 2:  Salad

Heritage Hartford Salad

Tossed with goat cheese, raspberry vinaigrette, and a selection of local produce>

Act 3: Entree

A Couple’s Duet Medallion

Oven roasted sirloin of Beef and Carver Rotisserie chicken breast

topped with mushroom and sun-dried tomatoes with hunter’s sauce.

Served with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli

Act 4: Dessert

Lover’s Parfait

Fudge brownies, vanilla bean custard and fresh berries layered together.

Hot Cocoa Service 

Imported Belgian Hot Chocolate

Served with a plethora of gourmet “stir-ins”
