How does buying work?


  • Step 1: Search for an event

    Click the Find Event button from the top navigation. Search for events by Organization Name, Event Title, Location or Venue.

  • Step 2: Create an account

    After you have clicked the ‘Purchase/Register’ button you will be asked to create an account. This will allow us to store your events so that you may access your tickets/confirmations at any point in time.

  • Step 3: Enter the required information to purchase/register

  • Step 4: Enter your credit card information

  • Step 5: Confirmation

    After you click the Submit button, you will get a confirmation page with a link to your account where your purchase/registration will be stored. You will also receive an email confirmation with a pdf attachment. You can print out your event tickets confirmation from either your account page or the email.

Is this site secure?
Yes. Local Level Events is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your Account Information is secure from unauthorized disclosure. Local Level Event's system uses industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption when communicating with you regarding your order/transaction and when collecting any payment information. Most web-browsers display a locking icon when you're browsing in SSL mode. While your web-browser is running under SSL the information passed between Local Level Events system and yours is kept confidential.


How are refunds handled?
Local Level will allow organizations to control refund policies. Please refer to the fine print of the event you are planning to attend.


Do I need a printed ticket?
Generally, no you do not need a printed ticket unless noted in the fine print. You will need to produce evidence of your purchase at the event. If you choose not to use a printed ticket, you may access your ticket/receipt via your smart device.


What if I lose my ticket?
Your ticket is always available on Local Level Events. You have access to your ticket via your online account. No need to worry about misplaced tickets!


What forms of payment are accepted?
Local Level Events accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express


What if I have a discount code?
Certain events offer special discount codes. You will have the option to input your code in a discount code box at the time of sale. The discount will be taken directly off your total prior to purchase.
