Objectives:
- Introduce Proprioceptive Learning practices, benefits, and activities that teachers can implement immediately
- Access free technological resources to blend basic anatomy education (awareness of muscles/bones) to movement learning
- Identify barriers and share strategies to increase movement
- Practices that align to the Ohio physical education standards for K-12
- Understand how movement influences classroom behaviors
- Apply movement learning to all learning styles: visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning
Each participant will receive an introductory packet with ideas to bring cognition to movement.
