Health and Wellness (Credit Recovery)
Grade Level: 9, 10, 11, 12
Course Credit: 0.50 credit
Description: This course is designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills and awareness necessary for making responsible choices that will lead to optimal wellness. Our goal is to help students maintain a healthy state of physical, mental and social well-being. The topics of study include self-esteem, stress management, physical fitness, nutrition, healthy relationships, reproductive health, substance abuse and addiction, CPR/AED training, organ and tissue donation, infectious and lifestyle diseases.
* Session One: June 7-June 25; 8 a.m.-12:00 p.m
* Session Two: June 28-July 16; 8 a.m.-12:20 p.m. (no school July 5)
Cost: Residents: $180 Non-Residents: $230
Location: Nagel Middle School, 1500 Nagel Road

Sections without adequate enrollment may be cancelled. No refunds
will be issued unless a class is cancelled by Forest Hills School District.
