Description: Math Foundations will provide students with a solid understanding of algebraic and geometric thinking in preparation for future success in rigorous mathematics courses. Definition of arithmetical, algebraic, geometric and linear terminology will comprise much of the learning inherent in this course. Computational skills will be bolstered as will students’ ability to solve complex mathematical word problems. This course is the first course in a two-year sequence and will incorporate many elements of the high school Math I course but will move at a pace more conducive to students who need extra time to develop the many skills needed for college and career mathematics readiness. <o p=""></o>

Sections without adequate enrollment may be cancelled. No refunds
