WHO: Boys and girls entering grades 6th, 7th and 8th in the 2021-2022 year.
WHEN: Mondays and Thursdays: July 5,8,12,15,19,22,26,29; 7:15 - 8:30 p.m.
WHERE: BWMS track
BRING: Water and a towel or yoga mat. If you have rollers or bands, please bring as well. Some will be provided. Please wear a wrist stopwatch if you have one.
