When: Saturday, May 8th at the Columbus Zoo from 6-9 PM

Schedule of events:

• 6pm-7pm: doors open (trivia, games, pictures)
• 7pm-8:15pm: dinner & dueling pianos
• 8:15pm-9pm: King & Queen crowning, socially distanced dancing

Tickets: $65 **After Prom Ticket included with purchase of Prom Ticket**

After Prom: Dave and Busters, 10pm - 12am

After Prom ONLY ticket: $20.00

Students must wear masks while in attendance and social distancing guidelines will be enforced.

Rules

I acknowledge that I must bring a printed or digital ticket and my student ID to the door for admittance. I agree to the following Davidson, Columbus Zoo, and Dave and Busters Guidelines and Rules for Prom:

1.       I agree to follow all social distancing guidelines so as to minimize the potential spread of COVID-19 while in attendance. Rules explained below.

2.       All attendees must have a ticket and student ID. No one will be admitted without a paper or electronic ticket and student ID.  

3.       Non-Davidson guests must submit a guest form by Monday, April 26th to Mr. Assenheimer in order to be permitted to attend. 

4.       All school rules apply including those pertaining to drugs, alcohol, and tobacco use.  

5.       Students are not permitted to leave and return. Once you leave, you are out for the remainder of the evening.

6.       Students who choose to be disruptive, insubordinate, disrespectful, or exhibit inappropriate social behavior may be removed from the Columbus Zoo and/or Dave and Busters and may receive further school discipline consequences.  

7.       No outside food or drinks are permitted.

8.       Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable for any reason.

COVID-19

This event will be conducted under the guidelines and polices of Franklin County Public Health, The Columbus Zoo, and Hilliard City Schools.  These polices/guidelines are subject to change as recommendations continue to adjust due to the ongoing nature of the COVID-19 pandemic.

• Masks are required to be worn at all times unless when sitting at your table and actively drinking/eating.
• Keep social distancing of 6’ where possible.
• While dancing, masks must be worn and social distancing guidelines will be followed.
• In the event of cancellation, all parties will be reimbursed for their ticket purchases.
