It is the month for LOVE! Gear up for some lovely fun at the 2nd Annual "I Love Darby Creek" Winterfest on Friday, February 26th. Did you go last year? Well, then you know it was loads of fun and this year is even bigger and better than ever.
We are excited to offer pre-sale tickets for Meals and Game/Raffle Tickets in order to help eliminate long lines at the door. There are several ways you can purchase.
- You can pre-order your tickets here (20 tickets and above only) with a credit card. OR
- You can purchase them ANYTIME during the school day on Friday, February 26th (that means before, during, and after school right through the event) with cash, check or credit card. The prices are all the same no matter how you choose to pay. Pre-purchased tickets online will be held at the "WILL CALL" table and can be picked up anytime on Friday, February 26th.
- MEALS - Include an entree, side, and drink for $5.00
- SPIRIT WEAR T-SHIRTS - Come in a variety of sizes and are $6.00. The design is the blue/white DCE pawprint on a charcoal grey shirt as shown at the right.
- GAME & RAFFLE TICKETS - Tickets are $.25 per ticket. (You can only purchase 20 or more tickets online, however, you can buy lesser quantities on Friday, February 26th.) Tickets can be used to play games (most games are 1-2 tickets) and the Kids Raffle will use the same tickets for the kids to win Raffle items. The more tickets in each bag, the more chances to win!
- 1 Ticket = $.25
- 4 Tickets = $1.00 (get 1 free for a total of 5)
- 10 Tickets = $2.50 (get 2 free for a total of 12)
- 20 Tickets = $5.00 (get 4 free for a total of 24)
- 50 Tickets = $12.50 (get 10 free for a total of 60)
- 100 Tickets = $25.00 (get 20 free for a total of 120)
Can't attend the event? Consider making a
tax-deductible donation in honor of the Winterfest. Online donations can be made in several different amounts. Thank you.
