Worthington School District offers an optional, fee-based All-Day Kindergarten (ADK) Program. ADK tuition for the 2022-2023 school year is $345 per month. The first month's tuition (September) is due when you sign up for the ADK Lottery/Program. Space is limited. If there are more available seats than ADK applicants at a given elementary school, then a lottery will not be necessary. If there are more ADK applicants than available seats at a given elementary school, then a lottery will be necessary.

STOP.....if your child is not officially enrolled in the Worthington School District.
1. Go to: www.worthington.k12.oh.us
2. Click "Welcome Center" (top left on the district homepage) - Follow prompts to complete the online registration for your child.
3. Submit the online registration with ALL required documents and forms.
4. Schedule phone or email appointment with the Welcome Center to complete enrollment.
Enrollment must be finalized prior to registering your child for the ADK Program.

Important Dates:
November 1, 2021(Monday) - February 25, 2022 (Friday) - Enrollment period to sign up and pay first month's tuition for the ADK Lottery.
February 25, 2022 (Friday) - Final day for Welcome Center Enrollment Appointment. Final day to sign up and pay first month’s tuition for the ADK Lottery.
March 4, 2022 (Friday); Posted at 4:00 PM - Go to: www.worthington.k12.oh.us to view the time of the ADK Lottery for your home school. If a lottery is not needed at your home school, that information will also be posted. Directions for how to livestream the lottery will be provided as well.

Free and Reduced Information:
If you believe your child may qualify for free and reduced tuition, please contact the Welcome Center for details on how to apply.
If your child qualifies for FREE status, enter the discount code e-mailed to you on the last payment screen of this website, and tuition will be waived.
If your child qualifies for REDUCED status, tuition is $172.50. Enter the discount code e-mailed to you on the last payment screen on this website.
Please note that the "Free and Reduced School Meals Application" will be updated over the summer. You will need to submit a new application when classes begin in August.
If you fail to submit a new application in August, your child will be assessed the full tuition amount of $345/month.

Post Lottery Wait List/Refund Information:
ADK wait list students have 3 options:
Accept Half-Day Kindergarten slot. Removed from wait list. Immediate refund.
Remain on wait list. No refund. Waitlist refunds will be processed at the end of the first week of school.
Open enroll to another Worthington Elementary School. No refund. Open enrollment applications are processed June-July. Transportation is not provided.
Refunds will be processed after the ADK Lottery if:
Your child enrolls in a private Kindergarten (withdraws from the ADK Program).
Your family moves out of the Worthington School District (withdraws from the ADK Program).
Your child moves to the Half-Day Kindergarten Program (withdraws from the ADK Program).
