"Exercise" your potential and spend the week exploring the world of athletic training, fitness, and wellness! Campers will spend time in DACC's fully equipped Exercise Science lab while they dive into topics like injury prevention, rehabilitation, group fitness techniques and personal training skills. Campers will experiment with physical therapy basics like wrapping and basic therapeutic techniques. Rising 7th, 8th and 9th graders are invited to join us for this summer camp.
