The GOHS Beautification is the joint effort of former students, community members, and businesses to support this community staple by leaving a long-lasting :impression" and boosting school spirit through beautification. As we celebrate our Golden Anniversary, what better way to thank the school that has done so much for our community than by giving back in such a major way?

Each Class is asked to sponsor a door while the courtyard, field house, and other areas are open for community support. Our estimated budget for the entire project is approximately $25,000 and already we have garnered financial support and participation from the SCORE Project, the Emma Lou Roberson Fund.

The extent of our project is to give the school a Giant facelift and here are prices for the available areas

Restroom Doors - $350

Stairwell Doors - $600

Library Glass and Door - $650

Teacher Doors - $350

We hope that this beautification project will inspire future classes to give back as well and extend what we have started throughout the halls, inside the gym, and other areas of the GOHS.
