Eclipse Watch Party

On Monday, April 8th, 124 miles of Ohio will experience a total eclipse of the sun.  Lucky for us that Delaware County will have approximately two and a half minutes of total eclipse and several hours of partial eclipse.  Especially, since the last total solar eclipse visible in Ohio was in 1806 and the next one won’t occur until 2099.

We can’t pass up the opportunity to celebrate and (safely) observe this rare condition.  Join us at our eclipse watch party starting at 1:00pm for lunch and socialization.  The partial eclipse should begin just before 2:00pm with the total eclipse beginning approximately 3:11pm.

We’ll be at Wendy’s, 2065 US Hwy 23 N, Delaware.  We have a limited number of eclipse sunglasses available – please bring your own, if you can.  Free to attend.
