Worthington School District offers an optional, fee-based All-Day Kindergarten (ADK) Program. ADK tuition for the 2023-2024 school year is $345 per month. The first month's tuition (September) is due when you sign up for the ADK Lottery/Program. Space is limited. If you are interested in ADK, seats are still available and will be filled on a first come first serve basis. Once seats are filled, there will be a waitlist option. Payment is required for all available seats and waitlist.

STOP.....if your child is not officially enrolled in the Worthington School District.
1. Go to: www.worthington.k12.oh.us
2. Click "Welcome Center" (top left on the district homepage) - Follow prompts to complete the online registration for your child.
3. Submit the online registration with ALL required documents and forms.
4. Schedule phone a phone appointment with the Welcome Center to complete enrollment.
Enrollment phone appointment must be completed prior to registering your child for the ADK Program.

November 1, 2022(Tuesday) - February 24, 2023 (Friday) - Enrollment period to sign up and pay first month's tuition for the ADK Lottery.
February 24, 2023 (Friday) - Final day for Welcome Center Enrollment Appointment. Final day to sign up and pay first month’s tuition for the ADK Lottery.
March 3, 2023 (Friday); Posted at 8:00 AM - No lottery necessary in any Worthington Elementary School.
March 6, 2023 (Monday) - ADK Confirmation emails sent to parents. Local Level Payment Portal available.

Free and Reduced Tuition Information:
If your household has a Worthington Schools Free and Reduced School Meals application for the 22-23 school year on file please email bhartshorn@wscloud.org to let her know.
If you believe that your child may qualify for Free and Reduced School Meals Program but do not have a Free and Reduced application on file, please email the following information to bhartshorn@wscloud.org to see if you qualify:
(1) Your exact gross income
(2) Number of people in household
(3) Are you eligible for food stamps
After we receive this information, a determination of Free/Reduced/ Denied will be emailed to you.
If your child qualifies for FREE status, you will receive a discount code via email. Enter that discount code on the last payment screen of this website, and tuition will be waived.
If your child qualifies for REDUCED status, tuition is $172.50, you will receive a discount code via email. Enter that discount code on the last payment screen on this website. You must then pay the $172.50
Please note that the "Free and Reduced School Meals Application" will be updated each summer. You will need to submit a new application when classes begin in August 2023. If your financial situation changes on your 23-24 application, the new determination of Free/Reduced/Denied will be used for the 23-24 payments.
If you fail to submit a new application in August, your child will be assessed the full tuition amount of $345/month.

Wait List/Refund Information:
ADK wait list students have 3 options:
1. Accept Half-Day Kindergarten slot. Removed from wait list. Immediate refund.
2. Remain on wait list. No refund. Waitlist refunds will be processed at the end of the first week of school.
3. Open enroll to another Worthington Elementary School. No refund. Open enrollment applications are processed June-July. Transportation is not provided.
Refunds will be processed after the ADK Lottery if:
Your child enrolls in a private Kindergarten (withdraws from the ADK Program).
Your family moves out of the Worthington School District (withdraws from the ADK Program).
Your child moves to the Half-Day Kindergarten Program (withdraws from the ADK Program).
