The Science Olympiad is a whirlwind
competition consisting of 23 science events in 4 hours to be covered by 15
students. It's crazy! It's fun. It's educational. It's
SCIENCE!
There are quite a few events that involve building things like hovercrafts,
small helicopters, robot arms, electric vehicles, etc. Robot arm parts
can be expensive, so we're reaching out to local businesses to help fund the
Science Olympiad Team. We estimate we’ll need about $700 dollars this
year. We need these funds ASAP in order
to prepare for the competition in early March.
