World Cultures (Original Credit)

Description: This course will examine cultures of the world from the ancient world to the modern day. Specific geographical targets include North and South America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia. Students will use 21st Century skills to draw comparisons and connections from ancient civilizations to the modern era. Students will explore the influences of religion, economics, conflict, and political structures.
Dates: Choose one session
* June 5-June 23, 2023; 8 a.m.-12 p.m. (no school June 19)
* June 26-July 14, 2023; 8 a.m.-12:40 p.m. (no school July 3-4)
Cost: Residents: $180** Non-Residents: $230**
