Welcome to VOFT Dance Marathon 2017
Join us for a day of fun on Friday, March 24th at Medina High School Gym. Doors open at 7:00 AM and the dance starts promptly at 7:30 AM. The dance ends at 2:22 PM. Ticket cost is a minimum $50 donation. You are encouraged to raise as much money as you can! Some of the proceeds from the dance marathon will be donated to those in need in Medina County, scholarships, local non-profit groups and other various charities.
You are responsible for printing your own ticket or pulling it up on your phone upon arrival and bringing your 2016-17 school ID to the dance!

Dress code:
ALL STUDENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO WEAR SHOES DURING THE ENTIRE DANCE!
This is a school event and school dress codes apply. Shorts must be fingertip length. VOFT shirts will be issued at the door and must be worn during the entire event. If, in the collective opinion of the school administrators and advisors, a guest dresses in an inappropriate manner, he or she will not be permitted into the dance.
Dancing:
· Students who participate in dancing that has been deemed inappropriate by staff will be removed from the dance immediately and will not be re-admitted.
· Dancing that is dangerous, inappropriate, or sexually suggestive violate the schools dancing rules and will result in immediate removal from the dance.
· NO WARNINGS WILL BE GIVEN!
Substance Abuse
· All dance participants are subject to breathalyzers and searches. Those who choose not to participate will not be admitted to the dance.
· Students who are found abusing any substance are subject to school discipline and/or police involvement
· Any student who violates our policy will not be permitted to attend the next school sponsored dance. i.e. violators at VOFT dance marathon would not be able to attend Prom, Homecoming or the next eligible school dance.
A portion of the proceeds from this fundraiser (5.5%) will be used to pay for the credit card and processing fees.
