Cancellation and Refund Policy

Before the tour begins, SPIRAL begins booking transportation, hotel accommodations, and other travel services for the tour for each participant and thus incur costs. For this reason, SPIRAL will charge cancellation fees. To protect your travel investment in the tour, SPIRAL recommends that participants purchase a cancel for any reason travel protection plan.

The following cancellation policies apply:

• Prior to purchase of airline tickets: Full refund will be made of trip fee less the $600 non-refundable deposit fee.

• 30-60 days] prior to departure: Full refund of trip fee less the $600 non-refundable deposit fee and the airline ticket cost.

• 14-30 days prior to departure: Refund of 50% of the trip fee less the nonrefundable deposit fee and the airline ticket cost.

• 14 days or less prior to departure: No refund will be issued.

  
  

In the case of cancellation of the trip due to “acts of God” or force majeure events that are beyond control of either party, both parties agree to work together to make best efforts to postpone the program. If rescheduling is not possible, the costs will be refunded to the greatest extent possible, less already incurred costs.

To protect your travel investment in the tour, SPIRAL strongly encourages participants to purchase a “cancel for any reason” travel protection insurance (at your own expense) as an option to reduce potential loss. The purchase of this insurance is time-sensitive and should be purchased soon after making the first payment for the trip.
