Please apply for only one camp per form.
To apply for STEM or Coding Camp, please complete this online application form, print the Camp Waiver Form for the camp your child would like to attend from the links at the end of the form, and submit your completed waiver form with your payment. Wadsworth and Norton students can submit waiver forms and payment of $37.00 (Cash "exact change" " check; OR Credit Card) to Wadsworth City Schools, Dept. of Instruction, 524 Broad Street, Wadsworth, OH, 44281. Waiver forms and payments may also be made in person Monday - Thursday from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm beginning Monday, May 13th at the above address.
Applications will not be considered complete until payment and waiver are received.
