Captain Shreve High School Parking Passes 2024-2025
Parking Passes will be available for pick up the second week of school, in the bookkeeper's office. Payment and documents must be uploaded before receiving parking pass.
Cost $20.00
1. Fill out application completely. (Parent and student signature required.)
2. Upload front and back copy of student's driver license.
3. Upload vehicle registration.
4. Upload vehicle insurance card.
** EXPIRED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED - VERIFY ALL DATES**
