Game Rules:
1. Open to ALL High School Girl’s teams (Grades 9-12)
2. Minimum of 7 players per team (maximum of 16 players allowed)
3. Players cannot play with two teams
4. Teams must have on same color tops or have jerseys
5. Jersey Numbers are not required.
6. Registration Fee: $20 per team (collected via Local Level link)
7. 7 Players on the field at all times
8. The quarterback is not allowed to run with the ball across the line of scrimmage, unless they first hand off the ball to a teammate and then receive a second handoff or a pass.
9. There is no limit to the number of handoffs made behind the line of scrimmage.
10. Defensive players cannot cross the line of scrimmage on a run play until the quarterback hands the ball off to a running back. If a defensive player crosses the line
before the handoff, it's considered a blitz
11. You get one blitz per game
12. The offensive team must start on the 40-yard line and has three downs to gain a first down, which is achieved by crossing the 25-yard line and the 10-yard line
13. Once inside the 10-yard line, the offense has three downs to score a touchdown
14. Snapper on the team can run out for a route
15. No blocking
16. 1 or 2 and touch no tackling it will result in a personal foul penalty!
