Parking permit placards will be available to purchase/pick-up during grade level schedule pick-up the dates/times below. If you are unable to come during the allotted time, you will need to pick your placard up on/after the first day of school from the Main Office.
Seniors - Wednesday, August 13th @ 10:30-12:00 pm
Juniors - Thursday, August 14th @ 10:00-11:30 am
Sophomores - Thursday, August 14th @ 1:00-2:30 pm
PRIOR to purchasing your permit, the following items MUST BE COMPLETED:
1. Student Parking Permit Application 2025/2026 must be completed in its entirety prior to purchasing parking pass.
2. FinalForms must be completed and signed by both student and parent.
3. Valid Ohio Driver’s License.
4. $30.00 Cash or Check made payable to Wadsworth High School. If you need to pay by credit card please proceed to LocalLevel for online payment. Online payments must be made prior to picking up parking permit.
NOTE: There is a $5.00 fee to replace lost or stolen permits with approval from an Administrator. Replacement parking placards must be paid for by check or cash (EXACT change only) in the Main Office, after you have received approval from an Administrator.
Driving to school is a privilege. Each student accepts the responsibility to drive safely and to observe the Driving and Parking Regulations, as written on pages 53-54 in the Student Handbook. The administration will suspend the driving privileges of students who cannot accept the responsibility of safe driving, cannot get to school on time, or follow other school rules.
The student parking lot is located on the north side of the building.
Students are expected to park in the assigned parking lot and park within the spaces outlined in white.
Students are to drive with extreme care when leaving or entering the parking lot and should stop at any crosswalk on school grounds.
Pupils who drive to school must park in the student parking lot then enter the school immediately after parking.
Do NOT park behind the school, in the Faculty, Visitor, or YMCA/Soprema (Community Center) lots.
If students park in a prohibited area, refuse to purchase and display a parking pass, or are otherwise reckless while driving on school property, they may be subject to the consequences below:
1st offense - warning
2nd offense - phone call home
3rd offense - wheel locking device (“boot”) that renders the vehicle unmovable
