2025-2026 Student Parking Pass

Student parking pass for Turpin High School.

  1. Purchase your pass here or bring a check made out to Turpin High School for $130 on the first day of school to the cafeteria during lunch.
  2. In addition to payment students must also submit a parking application online. On Aug. 4th at 10am the THS Parking Pass Application will be active. Priority for spaces will be by grade level. This application will close at midnight on Aug. 8th.
  3. Students will be able to pick up their pass on the first day of school during lunch.

Only one parking pass per family.

Students do not have to worry about not having a pass on the first day of school. With the phase in days at the beginning of year we are going to be flexible with parking on the first 2 days of school until everyone has their passes! On the student's first day of school please have Seniors park in the Senior Lot (Auditorium Lot, what used to be the faculty lot) and Juniors park in the Knights of Columbus lot (lot on Bartels across from the softball field) .

Because driving to school is a privilege that the school may give or take away, I agree to abide by the allowing regulations.  I understand that the violation of these rules and regulations will result in the removal of this privilege.
1.  I will drive in a courteous and safe manner at all times.
2.  I will observe the speed limit while on school property, the Knights of Columbus lot, and on Bartels Road.
3.  I will park in the student parking area only and in my assigned spot.
4.  I will display my parking permit at all times.
5.  I will report any additions or changes in cars or license plate numbers to the main office.
6. I will purchase the permit for my own use.  I will not sell or trade my permit to another student without permission from an administrator.
7.  I will be responsible for any violations that may occur with my parking permit number.
8.  I will not enter or use my car during the school day or allow others to use my car unless approval is given by an administrator.
9.  I will remain in the parking area when buses begin leaving until all buses have left the parking area at the end of the school day.
10.  I understand my vehicle may be searched by an administrator if there is reason to believe that items in car may be in violation of the Student Code of Conduct.
11.  I will maintain a good attendance record and avoid being tardy.

Since the school district provides school bus transportation, no student living in the Forest Hills School District has a need to drive a car to school.  Parking on school property is a privilege awarded to a limited number of students.  This year student parking permits will be revoked if students violate school rules/regulations or if the student is excessively tardy/absent.

Excessive tardies and/or absences are defined as:
7 or more unexcused tardies in a semester
3 or more unexcused absences in a semester

School rules/regulations are defined as:
Violating School Code of Conduct, resulting in a suspension(s) totaling 5 or more days
Failing 3 or more courses

Violation of any of the above offenses may result in parking permit being REVOKED throughout the semester.I have read, understand, and agree to the parking agreement listed above.
