Parking Passes will be available for pick up the second week of school, in the bookkeeper's office.  Payment and documents must be uploaded before receiving parking pass.

Cost $20.00

1.  Fill out application completely.  (Parent and student signature required.) 

2.  Upload front and back copy of student's driver license.

3.  Upload vehicle registration.

4.  Upload vehicle insurance card.

** EXPIRED DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED - VERIFY ALL DATES**

All vehicles using the Captain Shreve High School campus are subject to search.  Search may include the passenger compartment, engine compartment and any and all containers locked or unlocked in or upon the automobile. Vehicles should be locked at all times.  Captain Shreve High School/CPSB are not responsible for any items taken or stolen from any vehicle nor responsible for any damage incurred to vehicle while on campus.  If school starts with face-to-face instruction there will be no refunds.
