2025-2026 PTSA Membership 

The PTSA budget is based on membership dues and donations- thank you for your support!

$10.00 per membership

1. Please consider purchasing a PTSA membership for $10.00 for your child as well as yourselves. (Senior parents if you would like your child to be eligible for the PTSA scholarship you must purchase a membership for yourself and one for your student.) Membership is open to parents, teachers, students, staff, grandparents, alumni etc. 
   
   
2. Captain Shreve PTSA wants to provide an amazing year for our teachers and staff. Please consider donating an additional $10.00 or more to our Focus Fund which helps make events throughout the year a huge success. All money donated to the Focus Fund goes directly to our school. Events include: Back to School Breakfast, Back to School Night, Teacher Appreciation, Faculty and Staff Birthday Treats, Fall Open House and many more.
