CAHS Stratford Theater Festival Trip

Students will travel to Ontario Canada to attend the Stratford Theater Festival.

They will leave Sept. 19th and return Sept. 21, 2018.  They will stay in a selected Hotel

with the group and attend activities and Theater productions at Stratford.  Students planning to go must first give an application to Mrs. Foley for approval.  The application will then

be entered by your student # on the Local Level events.com where you can make deposits

toward the expenses of the event.  Mrs. Foley will confirm that all of your payments have been made. The fees for this event pays for * round trip transportation, *lodging for two nights, *4 theater tickets, *admission to Detroit Institute of Arts, *Costume Warehouse tour and pre-show & breakfast at the hotel.  

NOT INCLUDED IN THIS COST is:  Lunches, Dinners and spending money.


Reservations are made by turning in the completed "2018 Stratford Registration and Permission Form" ( available in the office) to Mrs. Foley and paying $150 deposit to Mrs. Foley or to Local Level with in 2 weeks from turning in the paper work.

Medical Cards and passport copies may come in at a later date per Mrs. Foley. 

  Payment arrangements are listed below: 

>Deposits and Balances can be paid via Local Level

> Deposit of $150 - Non-refundable (the non-refundable deposit covers the ticket purchases).  If you cancel your reservation for the trip, the tickets cannot be refunded.  Deposits should be made with-in 2 weeks of turning in your forms to Mrs. Foley.

>Balances can be paid as you like but must have the following installment of $125 paid by Tues. March 20.

> $125 additional balance paid by Tues. May 15.

>Full payment made by the end of the 2017-18 School Year.
