Ayer Kindergarten Field Trip – Burger Farms
We’re excited for our upcoming field trip to Burger Farms! Please review the important details below:
All Day & AM Kindergarten students should arrive at school at their regular time.
PM Kindergarten students should arrive between 9:50–10:00 AM.
Please remain in your car with your child until bus loading begins.
Buses will depart from Ayer at 10:10 AM.
We expect to return to school around 1:00 PM.
Half-day students (AM & PM) will need to be picked up at 1:00 PM from Ayer.
The student ticket cost is $8.00. Cash, check or Online Payment accepted
Please send exact cash or check (made to Ayer Elementary) payment to your child’s teacher or the front office.
Each class is allotted four (4) chaperones.
Chaperones must have a current background check on file with FHSD prior to the trip.
If selected as a classroom chaperone:
Please send $8 (exact cash or check) to your child’s teacher or the front office.
If you would like to meet the group at the farm:
Please contact your child’s teacher for more information.
Admission is $8 per person, to be paid at the door.
Each student should bring a packed lunch in a disposable bag (e.g., brown paper bag or Ziploc).
Please do not send lunch boxes or reusable containers.
