If you plan to bring a guest, you must download the form on the right (form also available in the office) and have it filled out by guest’s school and approved by Mr. Randolph or Ms. Lormeau. 

Your guest must bring a photo ID.

(If you arrive at the dance with a guest and have not followed these procedures, you will be denied admittance and your admission fee will not be refunded.)
