Caddo Magnet Homecoming Tickets 2025

It is the responsibility of every student to obtain a contract, complete it, and turn it in in order to purchase a Homecoming Dance Ticket. Only current 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grade high students and MAGNET graduates may attend Caddo Magnet High School Homecoming.

Steps for purchasing a Homecoming Dance Ticket:

1. Get a Homecoming Dance Contract from the front office or outside of E-107.

2. Complete all portions of the Dance Contract and get signature(s). Sections 1 & 2 are for current Magnet students and their parents. Sections 3-6 should only be completed if a student is bringing a non-Magnet guest.

3. When the contract is complete and has all appropriate signatures, bring it to the Homecoming Ticket Table at lunch or to E-107 before or after school. (Your teachers can let you know if you have any outstanding fees. Ticket table can also check that you have no debts when you turn in the contract.) Contracts will not be accepted if debts are owed.

4. If all sections are completed appropriately and the student is debt-free, the student’s Student ID # will be “unlocked” to be able to pay for a ticket on Local Level.

5. Pay for a ticket on LocalLevel. Screenshot or print your receipt.

6. Bring your proof of payment to the Homecoming Ticket Table during lunch to be recorded on the official dance list and receive your ticket.

Students must follow the steps above to purchase tickets. Tickets can only be purchased through LocalLevel and only after all contracts have been submitted. Tickets will not be sold on the day of the dance. The Local Level link will close at the end of the school day on Friday, October 31, 2025. If it is determined that a student has purchased a ticket without appropriate authorization and has either violated the ticket policy or falsified information, the student and his/her date (if applicable) will be prohibited from attending the Homecoming Dance and the ticket purchase will not be refunded.

TICKET POLICY

● Only currently enrolled Caddo Magnet students in good standing related to discipline and who meet all financial obligations to the school (no debts) are eligible to purchase tickets. Non-Magnet dates will have their names submitted to the respective Assistant Principal of their school for a recommendation to attend.

● Caddo Magnet students are responsible for their dates at all times. Non-Caddo Magnet guests must arrive and exit with their dates. In the event that a guest is asked to leave the dance, the accompanying Magnet student will also be asked to leave.

● Dance tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
