Transportation Fee: $125 + transaction/processing fees

• This covers the cost for all 5 trips to Brandywine and is required to attend.
• The deadline for this fee is December 15.

Club Information:

We will be going to Brandywine on the following Tuesdays: 

1/5, 1/12, 1/19, 1/26, 2/2  

We will leave from the AHS Commons at 3:00pm and leave from Brandywine at 8:30pm.

• Skier or Snowboarder

• Renting (Y/N)

• Planning to take a lesson (Y/N)

• Confirmation Number

• Season pass-holder (Y/N)

• New to the program or returning?

• Any special needs or assistance?

• PDF or Printed Copy of ala carte waiver (if purchasing ala carte) and rental waiver (if renting) filled out & SIGNED turned into Mr. Lee in room 170 (waivers can also be found on Google Classroom)

• Transportation Fee confirmation number

• This will confirm your registration. The first 52 students will have their spots reserved, and following students will be placed on a waiting list.
