HILLIARD HORIZON ELEMENTARY NEXT Kids Night Out STEAM Discovery and Fun Night (Grades K-5)
Kids Night Out STEAM is a fun, hands-on after-school experience designed to give students a safe, creative, and engaging place to explore Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math while also building social skills and confidence. This club provides families an option for extended childcare on a Friday evening, while students participate in structured, themed activities.
The event night will include: A Color-burst Chromatography Art- that ties in art and science; a group game and collaborative problem-solving challenge that connects science and engineering; pizza and dinner time (promotes Community Building); a kid-friendly movie with a connected STEAM idea; time to socialize, create, move, and have fun; students will leave the session with:
A take-home STEAM art/craft project; A positive group experience; new skills and creative thinking strategies
We'll meet from 3:30-9:30 pm on the following dates: Friday, December 12, 2025
