Come and join me and some friends to beat the cold winter air, with some self-care. Through healthy snacks, exercise, crafts and more, we'll be feeling as warm as a summer day from the inside out.
We will meet at Alton Darby Rooms from 3:45-4:45 pm on the following Mondays: January 12, 26 and February 2 and 9, 2026
