GlenOak High School is ready to turn up the music with its upcoming production of Footloose, a high-energy musical packed with iconic songs and big dance numbers.

The story follows Ren McCormack, a teen from Chicago who moves to a small Midwestern town where dancing and rock music are banned. With help from new friends Willard and Ariel, Ren challenges the status quo and clashes with Ariel’s father, Reverend Shaw Moore, as the community wrestles with change, tradition, and finding its voice.

Audiences can expect powerful performances, nonstop movement, and a cast that brings the stage to life from start to finish.
