ArtBreak is celebrating its 40th year showcasing Arts in Education programs in Caddo Parish Public Schools. ArtBreak is a free, hands-on family event. The festival provides the entire region the opportunity to witness each schools visual, literary, cultural, performing arts and creative programs.
