Join DACC's Automotive Collision Technology team for Metal Master Camp. Get ready to shift into high gear at DACC this summer! In this exciting, three-day, hands-on experience, campers will design and create their very own custom metal sign from start to finish. Working in a real lab environment, students will learn the basics of metal fabrication, surface prep, and professional automotive painting techniques. Campers will cut, shape, smooth, prime and paint their project using industry-style tools and equipment just like the pros. By the end of camp, each student will take home a one-of-a-kind creation. Dress requirements: Campers MUST wear long pants (preferably jeans) and closed-toe shoes or boots. Rising 7th, 8th, and 9th graders are invited to join us for this summer camp.
