--Every "student team member" must purchase a ticket AND must complete the "Authorization for Treatment and Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement"waiver and their parent/ guardian must sign the "Acknowledgement of Risk" form.
--Other ticket type to purchase is "attendee"
These are the waivers we require for our
athletes and for non Shreve students using our facilities:

No refunds. CPBS Clear Bag Policy will be enforced. No outside food or drinks. No ins and outs. Students with discipline infractions will not
be admitted and will not be given refunds. |
If you exit the stadium, you will have to purchase another ticket to re-enter.
