This $10.00 registration fee entitles each participant to up to 4 electronic tickets for guests.  (Additional seating will be available on April 29th on a first come, first serve basis.) (The student participating does not need a ticket.) 

1. Slideshow (optional) – submit 2 pictures (1 younger, 1 current) to byrdring2026@gmail.com with student’s first and last name in the subject box as they want their name to appear in the slideshow. All photos must be school appropriate. No swimsuits, no weapons, no dead animals, no drugs/alcohol. 

 DEADLINE – April 22, 4:00 pm

2. What to wear – dressy casual:

a. Ladies – dress, skirt/top or pants/top.  Follow school dress code (tops not too low, hems not too high).

b. Gentlemen – dress pants and shirt/tie. Sports coat/suit optional. No hats.

3. Class ring:

a. If you ordered your ring from Graduate Sales and it is paid for, they will deliver the rings to the school the day of the ceremony for you to receive that night.

b. If you purchased your ring/watch/jewelry elsewhere, you must turn in your jewelry box to the Main Office at school the preceding week (May 4th-8th) with your first and last name clearly printed on a label that is taped on top of the ring box.  The jewelry will be locked in the vault until the ceremony. 

4. When to arrive:  Participants must be in the girl’s gym by 5:30 pm to be lined up in alphabetical order.

5. Attendees – every attendee must have a digital ticket to attend, no exceptions.  There is a limit on seating, so attendees without a ticket will be turned away. (children 2+ must have their own ticket)

6. Debt List – you must be off the debt list to participate by Friday, May 2, 4:00 pm.  Students who are not off the debt list after this time cannot participate and forfeit the fee (no refunds).
